1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Joker Network hosting and related services ("Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You must comply with applicable laws. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam).
• Hosting malware, botnets, or distributing malicious code.
• Infringing intellectual property or engaging in illegal activities.
• Resource abuse affecting service stability for other customers.

4. Billing and Payments

• All prices are in RSD and payable in advance for monthly or yearly cycles.
• Invoices are issued electronically; late payments may result in suspension.
• Refunds are handled per our refund policy and applicable Serbian law.

5. Service Levels and Support

• We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime; planned maintenance is announced in advance.
• Standard support is via email; priority support is available on eligible plans.

6. Data, Backups and Security

• You are responsible for your content and compliance with law.
• We provide backup options on certain plans; customers should maintain their own backups as well.
• We implement safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, AUP violations, or legal requests.
• Upon termination, data may be deleted; retrieve backups beforehand.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joker Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
