1. Service scope
These terms apply to Joker Network hosting, VPS and radio streaming services. The exact service scope depends on the selected package, resource availability and any agreement made before activation.
2. User responsibility
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
- Users are responsible for the content, accounts, passwords and applications they place on the service.
- Abuse such as spam, malware, unauthorized access, phishing, attacks or activities that endanger other users or the network is not allowed.
3. Payment and activation
Prices are shown in RSD unless otherwise stated. Services are generally activated after agreement, resource availability check and recorded payment or another confirmed payment arrangement.
4. Maintenance and technical changes
Technical changes, upgrades and maintenance may be performed to preserve stability and security. Planned work is announced in advance where practical. Urgent interventions may be performed without prior notice if security or stability is at risk.
5. Data and backups
Users should keep their own copies of important data. If a package includes backup or snapshot options, they are an additional protection layer and do not replace the user’s own backup responsibility.
6. Service suspension
A service may be limited or suspended due to non-payment, abuse, security incidents, legal requests or activity that directly threatens the infrastructure.
7. Changes to terms
